The Selection Process:

Our recruitment process includes an Interview, an Observation Day, Driving Assessment and an Induction Day. 

Expressions of interest are invited for casual Registered Nurses, and Patient Transport Officers in both Metro and regional areas. 

Applicants must have:

  • Current Full Victorian Drivers License (colour copy of both back and front)
  • Five (5) year Demerit Point Extract from VicRoads
  • Resume
  • A copy of Certificates to support your qualification(s) which you have listed in your Curriculum Vitae (PTO, Diploma Paramedicine, Bachelor Paramedicine, RN1, RN1-CC)
  • AHPRA Document (if applicable)
  • Current Advanced Resuscitation - HLTAID007
  • Driving Component - HLTAMB014 - Transporting NEP under Operational Conditions
  • Vaccination / Immunity Record Requirement: (mandatory)
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella – blood results demonstrating immunity to all three
  • Varicella Virus (Chicken Pox) – Blood results of a blood test demonstrating immunity to Varicella.
  • Hepatitis B – evidence of at least 3 vaccinations and a copy of results of Immune status (Blood test)
  • Pertusis (Whopping Cough) – evidence of your most recent booster of Pertusis containing vaccine during adulthood with a booster within 10 years
  • Current years Influenza Vaccination 
  • Application Form (HSG300)
  • Employee Working with Children's Check Card (plus letter from the Department of Justice confirming approval of WWC - Employee)
  • National Police Certificate issued by Victoria Police dated within 6 months - reason for check: PTO or ATA or RN1 (Ambulance).
